The Tabletop Supercritical CO₂ Extractor

The Tabletop Supercritical CO₂ Extractor is a tabletop supercritical CO₂ extraction system featuring one extraction vessel and two separation vessels. It uses CO₂ as the extraction medium, which is fully recyclable. The inner surfaces of all ships, pipelines, and valves that come into contact with biomass are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring acid and alkali resistance and compliance with food-grade safety standards. The surfaces in contact with hot and cold water are also made of 304 stainless steel for enhanced durability.

The L-Series Tabletop CO₂ Extractor operates at a design pressure of 38 MPa and a maximum working pressure of 35 MPa. Engineers built the pressure vessel to last 20 years and followed Chinese design, manufacturing, inspection, installation, and commissioning standards.
